I was happy with hotel's marvellous and unbeatable location in a commercial area. Location: the venue was close enough to Caracas for a bussinees travel, a Chinese restaurant and bar, and Chacaito metro station.

My recent stay at Chacao Cumberland was fantastic. The location was ideal, being just a short walk away from the metro station and shopping centers. The room was modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I even received a complimentary newspaper every morning. The staff, although limited in English, were helpful and accommodating. I also appreciated their assistance in exchanging money at a preferential rate. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Caracas.

The rooms were quite nice and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy for a romantic escape. The hotel was located in a bustling area with lots to do and see within walking distance. Plus, the breakfast offered a decent selection of food and was included in the price of the room.

The staff's English skills were lacking, which made communication a bit difficult. the internet was unreliable and cut out frequently, making it difficult to stay connected.
